PravarsenaII was 20 years old when he ascended the throne. For some time he received the help of his maternal grandfather ChandraguptaII, but after his death he assumed the independent weight of the rule.

Her son Narendrasen was married to Ajitbhattarika, the princess of the kadambas. It was possibly the daughter of Kadambnaresh kakutsavarman. His Reputation increased. Pravarsena-II reigned until about 440 AD.
