The Dasaraj War was a battle of ten kings. The 7th Division of the Rigveda mentions the Dashraj war.
- In this war, Arya Kabila and his friendly community were on one side. Rishi Vishwamitra was the adviser (commander) of this community.
- On the other side, there was a community called Bharat. Sudas, the king of a tribe named Trishtu was the leader of this community. Rishi Vashist was the motivator (commander) of Sudas.
The Bharata community of Sudas won the Dasaraj War. They got rights over the Aryans of North India. On the name of this Bharat community, the country is called Bharat.
