This inscription is related to Harshvardhan. This article engraved on a clay seal is found from Nalanda from bihar. its script is Brahmi and the language is Sanskrit.

Translation in Hindi

Be Accomplished. Maharaj Shri Naravardhan, the great worshiper of his son Aditya, born to Tattpadanudhyat Shrivarjrini devi, Mr Rajyavardhan, Mr Adityavardhan the great devotee of Aditya arising from his son Tattapadanudhyat Shri Apsaradevi, Born from his son Shri Mahasengupta Devi, whose fame extends across the four seas, Who subdued other kings with his majesty and love, From his cycle, which distinguished Varnashrama, like the Sun, which removed the suffering of the people, (such) Aditya’s great devotee was Parambhattaraka Maharajadhiraj Shri Prabhakarvardhan.

Tatpadanudhyat was born to his son, a superior character from his predecessor kings, Paramasugat, the same benevolent Parambhattaraka Maharajadhiraj Sri Rajyavardhana (of Prabhakarvardhan) Queen Vimal Yashasvi Yashomati Devi.

Tattapadanudhyatha Parammaheshwara arising from his Anuja Paramabhattarika Mahadevi Shreeyashomati Devi, was the merciful Parambhattaraka Maharajadhiraja Sri Harsh (was) among all beings similar to Maheshwara.
